The Barony of Northkeep has an email list for community interaction among the members of the list. You can sign up for the list at the Northkeep Info Page. Once there, you may enter your e-mail information and hit the “subscribe” button.
You can also look at the archives of previous messages from that page without having to subscribe.
The rules of the list are fairly simple: No spam, no fighting, no signing the list up to cross-posting humor lists, no mundane politics, and no spreading rumors unless you can and are willing to substantiate them publicly.
