Directions to Site:

Located 4.5 miles West of Cleveland, OK on Hwy 64

  • From Tulsa and Points East: Take US-412 toward Stillwater. Take the Cleveland Exit (Hwy 64 & 48). Follow 64 into Cleveland. Turn Left at the first in-town stoplight. After 4.5 miles, Will Rogers Boy Scout Camp will be on the right.
  • From Oklahoma City: Take I-44 toward Tulsa, and take Stroud Exit (Hwy 99). Go North to Hwy 64 and turn right (East). In 1.6 miles, Will Rogers Boy Scout Camp will be on the left.
  • From Points West: From I-35, take the Cimmaron Tpke/US-412 East toward Tulsa. Take Exit 48 (Hallett), then take Hwy 99 North. Take Hwy 64 East. Will Rogers Boy Scout Camp will be on the left in 1.5 miles.

  • The site is wet in period containers only. Underage drinking will not be tolerated!
  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21-year-old or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver from the parents. There will be NO notary on site.
  • Children under the age of 12 must always be in eyesight and yelling range of guardians.
  • Merchants with valid Oklahoma State Tax IDs are allowed.
  • Leashed pets are allowed on site, but no pets at Gate. and be sure to clean up after your pets.
  • All fires must be in a fire pit.
  • Make sure to deposit all cigarette butts in provided cans.
  • Your car must go from Here and Back Again to the parking lot.

Handicap Accessibility

  • Castellan will have handicapped parking near all the event action, as well as handicap-accessible portajohns.
  • Much of the site is accessible with no steep hills, almost no stairs, and sidewalks through the front area. 
  • There are electric outlets available for camping with a CPAP.

  • Test of courage: Nazgûl test of courage “shots”: Portions of jello that are colored black with various flavors that may include regular fruit flavors or could have chicken broth or licorice flavors. No alcohol is in these shots but bravery is required for no labels will be used and the flavor will be a mystery.
