Tavern Bid Submission Form

Taverns may be sponsored in one of the following ways:

1. The Barony of Namron provides funding and all proceeds are donated to the Barony. Namron Financial Policy must be followed for cash handling.

2. An official SCA group provides funding for the tavern and proceeds are retained by the group. Cash handling is managed and determined by the group's Financial Policy.

3. A third party provider (household, vendor, etc) fully manages the tavern, including cash handling, and retains all profit. An Oklahoma Sales Tax ID must be presented to the Namron Treasurer at least seven days prior to the event. An attempt at period garb is required by all staff.
