  • Adult Students (with School ID and a valid blue membership card) Event Registration- $8
  • Youth Age 6-17 Event Registration -$8
  • Children 5 and under Event Registration – Free

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21 year old or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver from the parents.

Sideboard Luncheon:
A complementary sideboard luncheon will be provided by Master William & Honorable Lady Melessent.

Classes:
We will host a full day of classes on many extra-European topics, ranging in skill from beginner to master class.

Champion Formats:
The Baron and Baroness will be selecting their champions for Arts & Sciences and Bardic Arts!

Bardic:

2 rounds of differing styles (poem, song, story, instrumental, etc) and we ask that each piece b e no longer than 4 minutes long.

The event is themed to non-Western European, so special consideration will be given to pieces that fit this theme, but it is not a requirement.

Documentation is not required but highly encouraged. (If you need help with this, please let us know! We love to help with docs!)

Arts & Sciences:

We ask that you bring you best! Special consideration will be given to entries that are on theme for non-Western European, but sticking to the theme is not a requirement.

Our host location will not allow for alcohol, but we can make alternative arrangements should you desire to showcase your talents in this area.

Documentation is not required but highly encouraged. (If you need help with this, please let us know! We love to help with docs!)

Princess Tea:
The Cadets of Ansteorra will be hosting the Princess Tea for her Royal Highness Nicollet!

Site Rules:
Site is dry with the exception of approved classes.
No Pets
Outside food and drink welcome.

Directions:
Make your best way to I-45
Take Exit 27 – El Dorado
Travel west on El Dorado for about 2.4 miles
Site will be on the left
