Sunday, December 17th, 2023, 9AM – 7PM

We will be celebrating a great year of Serpentine goodness at the George Ranch in Richmond, Texas! It will be a day of fun activities, games, and fellowship. This free event includes a pot luck meal and fellowship!

The theme is masquerade! Some mask making supplies will be provided.

There is space for pickup fighting, so feel free to bring your gear.

We will also have space set aside for charter painting and working on A&S projects

Stay tuned to the mailing list for pot-luck sign ups. Tradition is that “Hats” (Baronial, Court Nobility, and Royal Family) bring meats while all others bring a side or desert to share. Please bring a card with the ingredients of your item! We have access to outlets for croc-pots for food.

We will also have space for setting up stockings with care, so treats and goodies can be shared as we celebrate the end of the year. If you are able, please feel free to bring stocking stuffers to share.
