Their Serpentine Excellencies, Brian and Elena, will also be judging A&S, Bardic, and Brewing to determine their next Champions!

Registration Pricing:

  • Adult Registration – $30
  • Adult Member Registration – $20
  • Under 18 years old – Free

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21 year old or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver from the parents.

Sideboard Lunch:

  • Included with Gate

A&S format

  • Single entry.
  • Documentation required.
  • Teaching at collegium encouraged.
  • Early period theme encouraged.

Bardic format

  • First Round: Early period piece OR something that was an oral tradition passed down
  • Second Round: Bring your best.
  • Preference for not repeating styles (song, story, poem). Documentation encouraged.
  • Have a third piece prepared in case.

Brewing format

  • Join Loch Soilleir as the Premiere Brewing Champion.
  • Arrangements for display and judging will be made, as the site is dry.
  • Bring your best, single entry, minimal documentation.

Site Rules

  • Dry Site – Arrangements will be made for Brewing Championship entries. Contact the steward for more information.
  • Service animals only.

Directions:

  • Make your best way to I-45, heading toward Clear Lake.
  • Take Exit 27 – El Dorado
  • Travel East on El Dorado from I-45 for about 2.5 miles.
  • Site will be on the left.
  • Turn left on Bowspirit then left into the parking lot.
