Long pants (eg: leggings, sweat pants, yoga pants, jeans are acceptable if loose enough to do lunges and other footwork in);Thin Long Sleeve Shirt, non marking closed toe Shoes or Boots; Groin protection for males. Avoid jewelry as it could potentially get broken or entangled during practice. Bring leather gloves if you have them.
