Hall opens at 9AM for set up, open to the public from 10AM-5PM, SCA participants only from 5-7pm for a potluck feast. No site or feast fee.

Classes: Two classrooms will offer a variety of classes throughout the day. Instructors may request a time block from the class steward.

Demonstration tables: Craft demonstration tables are available for 10-5 or shorter time blocks to allow hands-on instruction.

Feast: We will have plenty of chairs and tables. Bring something cool, Roman and/or tasty to share. All dishes must have ingredient lists to allow for food sensitivities. Further documentation optional. Limited refrigerator and freezer space will be available through the day. No alcohol allowed.

Arts Contest: Participants can enter one item in a static arts contest on the theme of “Cool Roman things” which will be judged and a prize will be awarded during the feast. Documentation encouraged.

Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21-year-old or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver from the parents.
