COVID NOTICE

As of 1/2/22, masks are required at all events, indoors or outdoors.

As of 1/4/22, all in-person activities are suspended at least until 1/16/22. If the suspension lasts longer and we reach a point where we can’t determine for sure that Legionnaire will happen, its cancellation/postponement will be announced here.

As of 1/15/22, all in-person activities are suspended at least until 2/1/22. This unfortunately means Sable Legionnaire will not happen on 1/29/22. Depending on COVID numbers we may be able to reschedule later in the year.

It returns

The Orders of Defense and the White Scarf invite you to join the rapier army of Ansteorra for a day of melee classes and practice!

The Barony of Elfsea is graciously hosting this event on behalf of the rapier community. The day will see a morning of classes in melee tactics and command, followed by an afternoon practicing drills and combat.

There is no site fee for this event; all are welcome to come hone their rapier skills.

All attendees must check in at gate to sign a waiver or present proof of membership, and to provide contact info for pandemic tracing.

Site Info

Site is dry. It is a church.
Service animals only.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21 year or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver Form from the parents.
