Azure Grail of Elfsea

The Azure Grail of Elfsea is fashioned to be in the spirit of the Lion of Ansteorra, but for those of the Barony of Elfsea who have served greatly and create the dream through their research, dress, and actions.

This order was founded by Master Llywelyn Gruffydd and Mistress Zara Zina Theanos during their reign as Baron and Baroness of Elfsea.

In keeping with the Arthurian theme based on our founding Baron and Baroness, Sir Arthur of the Fen and HE Robyn Murchadha, Their Excellencies decided that the Azure Grail of Elfsea was appropriate.

Our Barony already had the badge of the blue chalice with two gold waves on it and it wasn’t being used by a tavern or guild at the time. It was decided to use this badge for this order. The original Grail was the Tavern badge for Elfsea.

The Barony was very famous for its tavern.

This award is given in recognition of Baronial Service and Persona Play. Any errors can be submitted to the Web Minister.

All shall know that we [Baron and Baroness] in consideration of heroic pursuit of the ideals of our Society, as well as Leadership, Inspiration, and Continuing Service to the Barony of Elfsea, do confer upon [Recipient’s Name] the Azure Grail of Elfsea. This is so done by our hands on the {Arabic Numerals} day of {Full Month Name} Anno Societatis {Roman Numerals}, being {Arabic Numerals} in the common era.
