As announced yesterday via announcement and at the business meeting, all bids including budgets are due to the seneschal, exchequer, and B&B by 05/01. The financial committee will review all the bids the next week and provide feedback or sign off to the bids submitter so they can provide their bid to the populace. Bids will then be reviewed at an off cycle meeting on 05/09 via zoom (details HERE and on the calendar) so we do not delay a full month before selecting our autocrat.
