The Barony of Bryn Gwlad & the Stronghold of Hellsgate invite you to our Yule Celebration

Please come ready to celebrate the holiday season with the Baron and Baroness of Bryn Gwlad.

Wear your finest garb to celebrate the season in style with the Baron and Baroness.
We are also planning for period music and dance, for those wanting to participate.

December 20, 2025 – Noon to 8:00pm at Juniper Hall Austin 1300 Morrow St, Austin, TX 78757-1422 – No Site Fee

Site is Wet, Period Containers (in the building ONLY), Battery Candles only, no flames permitted

Bring your Best Feast Gear and Table Decorations!

Friday – appointment to pick up all the necessary equipment
for the B&B, signs, banners, tablecloths and serving tools.
Saturday –
10-12 – Set up at start charcuterie preparations
12-1 – Populace arrives
1-2 – Opening Court
1-2 – Children’s Activities and Gaming
2-4 – Yule Buffet & Potluck
4-6 – Gaming, Music and Dancing
6-8 – Clean up Collect all Baronial materials for return to storage

Their excellencies will be awarding the populace with land grants, in exchange, our land tax office will be collecting non-perishable food

  • Non-armigerous Baronial Honors – 200 acres each
  • Award-level Honors – 300 acres each
  • Grant-level Honors – 600 acres each
  • Court Barony – 1000 acres
  • Peerages – 4000 acres each
  • Royal Nobility or past service as coronet of Bryn Gwlad – up to 7000 acres

If you have children coming, please bring a wrapped and tagged gift for each child. There will also be a craft table making ornaments,

Enjoy period table games and a special D&D game will be set up.

Pirate swap will be for adults that bring a wrapped gift, handmade or purchased, in a 10-20 dollar value to be swapped. These gifts can be silly or serious.
