Site Rules

• SITE IS UNDER A BURN BAN! No ground fires or fuel torches allowed. Propane allowed.
• Alcohol is permitted in period containers.
• Service Animals Only – No pets on site please.
• Horse owners need to have a current negative Coggins test certificate for any horse that they take to an equine event or other public place for recreational use.
• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21-year-old or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver from the parents.

Additional Site Information

This is a large outdoor site — fighters and those with many things to carry are encouraged to bring wagons.
There are picnic tables and benches at The Lionheart Tavern (where court and feast will be held), The Three Stags Pub (where dancing is planned), and scattered throughout site.
The toilet houses will have running water, and each portajohn location also has running water. Water is potable.
Some areas will have accessible electricity, but do not plan on availability for camping.
There will be a donation-based coffee and tea bar every morning, run by Goldweard.

Site has many trees and is relatively shaded, but bring your sun screen.

MOBILITY:
We have worked hard to accommodate different abilities with the site. We will have flushing toilets with an extra large stall available 5pm Friday – 5pm Sunday that is conveniently located next to camping. We will also have 2 additional locations with extra wide portajohns for your convenience, one halfway across the site we will be using, and another by where feast will be. There will be a regular portajohn available by each of these with handwashing sinks.

The site is ADA compliant, but be aware that the walking areas utilize gravel and wood chips, which may be difficult to navigate depending on your mobility device. Most powerchairs will be fine, if using a walkalator or walker it’s best to have rugged tires, if using a wheelchair, you may need to be pushed by another person. There is a ramp entrance to the flushies and a concrete floor in the restroom.

Wooden benches and tables are readily available around the site if you need to sit or rest. If you are planning to fight, it is suggested that you bring a wagon as the scenarios will be in different locations.

We have selected the location for all events to be down the hill, so that we are kind on knees and mobility aids. Unfortunately, the showers are somewhat up the hill, and we can’t move them. They do have 24 stalls each and hot water. Some stalls are extra wide.

CAMPING:
You will be able to drive up to the camping area for unloading. Please move your vehicle to parking after unloading.
RVs and Camping Trailers, please stay parked outside the gate for site.
Camping also allowed outside the main gate — pets can stay there as long as they don’t come into site.
Do not plan on accessible electricity for camping.
