The SCA studies history around the globe, and we strive to know more about all cultures throughout the period. All our programs support all cultures and continents but are heavy on European resources. We do not intend to exclude any culture, sub-culture, or diaspora. To assist with specific cultural studies, we have special program deputies to lead communities and help with resources. We have cultural deputies to assist with cultural resources. If a group wants to study a culture that is not currently represented, contact the Kingdom Minister, and we can discuss adding additional study groups.
Gatekeeping is not allowed in any of our Arts and Sciences programs. If a group sponsors an activity, we do not limit attendance unless the person has been removed or suspended from participation from the SCA. All are included and welcome in our programs. If you experience gatekeeping by any of our officers, please notify the Regional or Kingdom Minister of Arts Sciences.
