AMP Integration with Gulf War Check in App

Ansteorra Management Portal is going to make Marshals Point even easier to get through with an integration that will allow Gulf Wars tablet app to look up member authorizations.

As privacy is a constant concern the feature is extremely limited to only allowing the Gulf War app to lookup a list of current authorizations based on a members AMP email address from now till 1 week after Gulf War (at which point the integration will be disabled).

We also want you to have the choice to share or not to share. So if you do not want Gulf War to be able to find your authorizations (which will mean you will need to take your authorization card to Marshals Point) then you can Opt out by turning off the integration for your account using the switch added to the Authorizations Tab on your AMP profile.

How is it shared:

Gulf Wars App can make an API call (computer to computer) with an authorization token that is only known by the Gulf Wars App team and a single members AMP email address. If the member is located and they have not turned off sharing then the above data is shared and nothing else

How do I Opt Out:

Simply switch the “Share with Gulf War Marshals” off on your profile (see screen shot above).
